The Words on the Street – European Literature Night – mini festival runs tomorrow night (May 15th 2013) and is billed as “Twelve Countries, Twelve Voices, Twelve Venues, One Great Evening“. It’s basically twelve readings around Dublin (mostly Stephen’s Green) by authors of different nationalities, kind of a ‘My writers are better than yours’ moment between the various countries! Ok, it’s not very competitive, and is a lovely idea.

Austria – Bartolomé: The Infanta’s Pet by Rachel van Kooij- Read by Niamh Sharkey at Loreto College, 53-55 Stephen’s Green
